Kara graduated from the University of Sydney, where she was awarded the Richard Belitho Bush Memorial Prize for outstanding performance across all theoretical components of the Doctor of Dental Medicine program.

She has practised in Sydney, the Central Coast, and Alstonville in the Northern Rivers before returning to her hometown of Brisbane, where she joined the Fabdental team in 2022.

Kara is experienced across a broad range of dentistry, including root canal treatment, crown and bridgework, and tooth whitening, with a particular interest in oral surgery. She is currently undertaking further studies in implantology and is excited to be commencing dental implant treatment at the practice. Kara is committed to creating a calm and reassuring environment for her patients. You’ll often find episodes of Seinfeld, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, or Kath & Kim playing in the background at the clinic.

Outside dentistry, Kara enjoys cooking, travelling, and has recently welcomed her daughter, Harriet.
