Refer a Friend – $50 Treatment Credit

Promotional period: 1 September 2026 to 31 March 2027. Refer a friend or family member and receive a $50 treatment credit for every eligible referral. You can refer as many people as you like – you’ll receive one $50 reward per eligible referral completed during the promotional period.

Eligibility

• Promotion valid for Queensland residents over 18.
• Offer valid for new patients booking an initial consultation or treatment who have not previously attended Fab Dental.
• New patients must explicitly name their referrer at or prior to the time of booking.
• Referrers must be existing active patients of the practice.
• The referring patient’s credit becomes available only after the referred new patient completes their first paid appointment.
• The promotional $50 referral reward applies only to eligible new patient appointments completed between 1 September 2026 and 31 March 2027.

Credit conditions

• Credit applies strictly to out-of-pocket expenses for dental treatments and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
• Credit cannot be redeemed against any other promotions run by Fab Dental.
• The $50 appointment credit can’t be transferred to another patient, applied to existing balances or past treatment, or redeemed for cash.

The offer is not valid for

• Patients aged 18 and under.
• Dependants of current patients.
• Patients using QLD Health vouchers.
• Patients using the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS).
